RON MOYER
PRESIDENT/ FOUNDER
Ron has 50 years of facilities-related experience in office and manufacturing locations, currently holding four contractors licenses: General Contractor (B), Electrical (C-10), Drywall (C-9) and Refrigeration (C-38). Ron has held the positions of chief engineer, maintenance manager, facilities manager and director of facilities for manufacturing and office environments. Ron is founder and president of RMC Facilities Services Inc. RMC has completed over $150 million in construction projects to date. These construction projects are related to building construction, decommission, and tenant improvement. Continuing his education in facilities services, he is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

LUCY MOYER
CEO / CFO
Owning a successful woman owned certified business is an inherent result of Lucy’s business savvy and aptitude. Lucy is responsible for overseeing the activities of the entire company and drives the company toward its goals guided by its vision and plying on its mission and values. Her success is an accumulation of over 50 years of a broad range of skills in accounting, office administration and business management, while working for a major grocery chain company. With a primary focus on customer satisfaction, Lucy uses her early experience to ensure RMC remains competitive and attuned to the needs of an ever-changing industry. Lucy is a co-owner of RMC along with her husband and president, Ron Moyer.

JEREMY MOYER
VP OF OPERATIONS
Jeremy has over twenty years of experience in the facilities-related industry and project management. With a degree in Communications from the University of California Long Beach, Jeremy holds the position of vice president of operations for RMC Facilities Services. With a primary focus on customer satisfaction, he has directed both small and large projects ranging from $5,000.00 work orders to multimillion dollar renovation/build-out projects. Some of Jeremy’s clients include CKE Restaurants, Inc., Fluor, Bank of America, First American and Mellon Bank. With a hands-on approach to project management, his duties run from job walks and site analysis to schedule development and on-site field supervision. Jeremy was instrumental in qualifying and receiving RMC’s General Contractors licenses in the states of Nevada, Washington and Arizona.

CHAD MOYER
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Chad holds the ultimate responsibility of marketing director for RMC. He manages the development of a fully integrated marketing strategy. Chad is responsible for producing valuable content to increase RMC’s online presence with the goal to obtain strategic partnerships and new clients.

THOMAS JOHNSON
SR. PROJECT MANAGER
Thomas has obtained over 18 years of experience in the field of construction. Working with RMC Facilities Services for the past 8 years, through hard work and dedication he has advanced from a laborer to Sr. project manager. Thomas has gained a broad range of knowledge in commercial construction and tenant improvements by utilizing his skill with organization and team building relationships. Thomas strives to keep his clients happy by completing his projects within budget and on schedule.

JARROD NICHOLAS
PROJECT MANAGER (NEVADA, ARIZONA, UTAH)
Jarrod brings a combined 15 years to the construction industry, working in all market segments across 7 states as a project engineer, superintendent and PM. Jarrod approaches each project with genuine sense of interest and prioritizes clients’ needs. His communication and client first mentality has led to his success and exponential growth in our industry.

LENNON LEBLANC
SR. PROJECT CLIENT MANAGER
Lennon is responsible for all daily operations as head of RMC’s Painting Division. He has been working in the painting and wall covering industry for over 12 years, and project management for the last 9 years. Lennon has managed many commercial and industrial projects, including high profile and complex projects throughout California and Arizona. He is a motivated, goal and detail-oriented individual who utilizes his extensive knowledge to communicate clearly with clients. With the landscape of the painting industry changing daily, Lennon identifies new innovations and utilizes them within the growth and success of RMC. Lennon is currently a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Orange County, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Orange County as well as the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) Southern California Chapter.

GUILLERMO GONZALEZ
PROJECT CLIENT MANAGER
Working in the commercial paint industry for over a decade, Guillermo has gained a wide spectrum of knowledge enabling him to complete jobs efficiently and economically. Guillermo utilizes these skills while leading a multitude of high-dollar projects such as a full repaint of Whittier Law School and multi-story parking structures. He is a hardworking and dedicated individual who has achieved his trusted reputation among property managers in the commercial industry, partnering with major corporations such as Lincoln Properties, First American Title, Sentinel R.E. and the Irvine Company. Along with obtaining his real estate license, Guillermo is currently a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Orange County, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Orange County as well as the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) Southern California Chapter.
